Devotees to custom cars are to be handed a discount offer from Konig Wheels when they enter their rides into the largest show car competition in the Middle East,the Barbican Turbo Top 100. The Top 100 is one of the main features of Barbican Turbo the Middle Easts custom, tuning and modified car festival organised by United Business Media from the 8th to 10th of October at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, Abu Dhabi. Konig Wheels on Fast & Furious 4
Fast and Furious is one movie that needs no introduction. It has become a movie that the automotive community surrounds itself with everytime a movie is added to the series. This year Konig was asked to be part of the new addition. Some of the cars featured in the movie were outfitted with Konig Wheels. There are a few 240sx, an Integra, 350z and maybe a few more random vehicles. So now that the movie is out in theaters...go see it! Konig Wheels gets Blinged Up!
A local company in the UAE by the name of Golden touch provides gold plating on alomst all shiny/chrome surfaces. Recently at the AbuDhabi motorshow they showcased the 22 inch Konig Blix1. They mentioned that the quality of the chrome must be of the highest quality in order to have the gold plating done properly otherwise the gold plating would chip off.

Konig Wheels gets affiliated with LMS and UAE corvette club
Konig Wheels UAE annaounced recently that together with Liberty motorsports are to equip all corvette club members with the latest model range offered by Konig. This was announced at the Turbo Show in Abu Dhabi. On presentation of valid CUC member cards each member is eligable for a special discount scheme.

Konig launches Hotswap Wheels
Varga Trading has unveiled the newest wheel to the Konig Wheels lineup: The Konig "HOTSWAP." The HotSwap design is a unique and customizable wheel, with removable and interchangeable spokes this wheel is a must have for your car. The trick part of this wheel is that you can make the spokes match the color of your car in minutes. All you have to do is remove the spokes, paint them with a spray can or at a body shop and put them back on. In minutes you now have a one off custom wheel that will enhance your ride to the max! The HOTSWAP is available in 17x7 through 20x8with widths up 9.5" in 18" and 19" wheels for staggered fitment. In a Gloss Black finish with Chrome spokes or Mirror Paint finish with Carbon Fiber spokes. Konig wheels are sold at several locations in Dubai and Sharjah.

24 Hrs Endurance Kart Race at Dubai Autodrome
A memeber of Konig wheels UAE enetered into a team called the Mighty Penpushersf for a 24 hour endurance race. The Nivea for Men Professionals leading the race from the outset finished with an overall of 1164 laps, second place went to MRDC who maintained a constant in second from the beginning followed very closely by the kartdrome Speedsters in third place. Last year’s winners team Y&R Dojomoto managed to scrape a fourth position. The Mighty Penpushers finished in the 12th position out of the 16 teams.
